Attending church each week is a very important part of our Christian lifestyle. My family attended church when we were growing up every week, unless we were sick or traveling (even then we visited churches where we were). There are a lot of great vocabulary words that kids may not be familiar with for church, so I decided to make some 3-part cards to help.
The words I was able to include were limited to what graphics I could find that I would be able to share with a commercial license here on the blog. So there were some words I wanted to include like “sermon” or “Sunday School” that were a little difficult to find pictures for, so I ended up not including those vocabulary words. You could also take additional pictures at your own church and add those to the set.
I have included these 12 words in these church 3-part cards:
- Church
- Bible
- Cross
- Pulpit
- Jesus
- Angel
- Praying girl
- Praying boy
- Guitar
- Piano
- Organ
- Choir
